🌙 Selune
For every body without a regular cycle.

Selune is a cycle app for people who don’t get periods, rarely get them, or have lost touch with their cycle altogether, whether from PCOS, IUDs, stress, or other reasons.
It helps you understand your body, track your symptoms, and find ways to bring yourself back into balance, even when your period isn’t there to guide you.

What Selune helps you doFind your rhythm, even without a period
Selune uses your physical and emotional symptoms to estimate where you might be in your cycle, helping you recognise hormonal shifts when you don’t have bleeding as a marker.
Soothe and support your body
Get recipes and advice for symptoms like bloating, fatigue, mood swings, and blood sugar crashes; all tailored to the hormonal patterns your body’s actually in. Learn gentle, natural ways to stabilise your mood and energy at every phase.
Track what matters most
Keep a simple log of your symptoms, moods, triggers, and habits. Selune connects the dots between your hormones, energy, stress, and sleep to help you see the bigger picture.

Why Selune?I started Selune because I have a Mirena IUD to help ease my PCOS symptoms, and I haven’t had a period since.
I wanted an app that could help me track my cycle, even when there’s no bleeding to guide me. For instance, there were times I felt moody, bloated, or needed extra sleep and had no idea that I was in my luteal phase.
It feels unfair that we often have to choose between unpredictable cycles or not having one at all. I realised I wasn’t alone, so many people with PCOS, IUDs, or other reasons for missing periods feel disconnected from their bodies.
Selune was created to help anyone in that situation reconnect, understand their patterns, and find ways to soothe and support themselves.
It’s not just about tracking, it’s about feeling in tune again.
